By using astronilmani.in, its free tools, consultation pages, course information, books links or other services, you agree to use the website responsibly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the affected service.

2. Website and free astrology tools

Free calculators, horoscope pages, Panchang, Muhurat and related utilities are provided for informational and educational use. Astrology calculations can vary between systems, ayanamsha settings, house systems, node settings, software and source data. Small differences in birth time or location can also change results.

Users should independently verify important dates or decisions when appropriate.

3. Astrology consultations

Consultations are interpretive services based on the birth details, questions and other information supplied by the client. The quality of any chart-based analysis depends heavily on the accuracy of the input data.

No consultation creates a medical, legal, financial, psychological or other licensed professional relationship.

4. Booking, payment and confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm an appointment. A consultation is confirmed only after the required details, availability, price and payment instructions are communicated and accepted.

Prices, delivery times and inclusions shown on a specific service page or communicated before payment take priority for that service.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Astrology consultations and other personalized services involve time spent preparing individual analysis. Any cancellation or refund condition communicated on the relevant service page, invoice, payment message or enrolment communication will apply to that purchase.

Where no separate condition has been stated, contact Astro Nilmani before payment if you need clarification. Once substantial personalized analysis, report preparation, scheduled consultation time, digital course access or digital material delivery has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Courses and learning materials

Course duration, class count, recordings, support, fees and other inclusions are governed by the course page or enrolment communication current at the time of joining. Educational outcomes depend on attendance, practice and individual effort.

Unless a course page explicitly states otherwise, participation does not imply any government, university or professional accreditation. The Nadi Astrology Course page currently states that no certificate is provided.

7. Books and third-party purchases

Books may be linked to Amazon or other external marketplaces. Purchase, payment, delivery, returns, taxes and marketplace account issues are governed by the retailer's terms. Astro Nilmani is not the payment or fulfilment platform for those external purchases.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy substantial proprietary content for redistribution, use automated systems in a way that harms the service, or use the site for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual property

Astrology is an interpretive discipline. Predictions, timing assessments, compatibility scores, Muhurat selections and other outputs are not guarantees of future events or outcomes. Decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Nilmani is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on astrology content, free tools or interpretive guidance instead of appropriate professional advice or independent judgment.

11. Changes to services or terms

Website features, prices, service descriptions and these terms may be updated. Material changes will apply from the time they are published or otherwise communicated, subject to applicable law and any already-confirmed service terms.
